Demolition of Industrial Unit and Site Works
On the 29 November, our contractor Cuddy Group will commence the demolition of the large industrial unit between Nisbets and Richard Austin Alloys/Flexipads. The work will include the completed demolition and removal of the building and works to the ground in preparation for the construction of new industrial units.
We aim to carry out these works with no impact to existing occupiers although please contact us on 0117 316 7780 should you have any concerns during the course of the works which are planned for completion by the end March 2011.

In order to improve security generally on site, the gates dividing the 'old' road and the new estate road at the junction by Flexipads are to be rehung.

Green Court
The Green Court office building which is constructed to BREEAM Excellent Standard, has now completed and St. Modwen occupy half of the first floor, with the remainder of the first floor being occupied by consultants Halcrow.
